Shameel Arafin is a web-application architect, back-end developer, database wrangler, and system administrator. After stints at Caltech, Harvard, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston, he started Studio Moqa, and developed web projects for clients in New York, Philadelphia, Canada, and Israel. Shortly thereafter, Shameel worked at Massify as a developer and project manager, before co-founding SignalFive, where he is Principal and CTO.

Aside from technology, Shameel is interested in 20^th century American, British and Russian fiction. Not to mention poker.
